What we can do for you
You can register Salix Payroll Services as your agent, and we will then receive all PAYE related communications direct from the Inland Revenue.
We will produce payslips for all your employees according to their pay period, and mail these to you.
We will produce financial totals for you to post to your nominal ledger. We can analyse these by department or cost centre if you so choose.
We will produce details of net pay for each individual.
We can produce details of coin requirements for employees paid in cash, for you to make up the pay packets.
We will process your starters and leavers
We will process overtime payments
We will process Statutory Sick Pay, or any more generous arrangements you have with your staff.
We will process Statutory Maternity pay, Statutory Paternity pay, and Statutory Adoption Pay.
We can make deductions for contributions to company pension schemes.
We can deal with employees whose wage is calculated on an hourly basis.
We can deal with the repayment of staff loans.
We can process Directors NICs.
We can process Student Loan deductions
We can process Attachments of earnings.
We can make deductions under a payroll giving scheme.
Our confidentiality policy
Of course, all details of staff and Directors' salaries will be kept entirely confidential, and will not be divulged to any party outside Salix Payroll Services, with the exception of:
Members of staff may have access to their own pay records
Authorised members of the employer's staff may have information on any of the records.
the Inland Revenue will require complete information on the payroll records.
Other 3rd parties such as the CSA who may have a statutory requirement for information from the payroll.
Our systems
We provide a secure and robust computerised payroll system for processing your payroll. We are protected by anti-virus software, and firewalls. Our databases are encrypted. We take regular backups, and keep a full backup history. Copies of key backups are kept off-site.
We also have a disaster recovery strategy in place.
